I’ll be the first to admit, the title of this blog is a little bit mis-leading, and I don’t think of myself as a super lazy person. Unfortunately, “overwhelmed-and-busy-bro-with-two-small-children-fitness.com” was already taken.

I’m writing this blog for a few reasons; first and foremost, I’ve gained weight. Like, a lot of weight, in a relatively short amount of time. In posts to come, I’ll talk a bit about my life, my kids, my struggles with anxiety, and how I got here.

But primarily, this blog is going to document my experience going on a VLCD (very low calorie diet) program, where over the course of 3-4 months I’ll attempt to lose close to 20% of my current body weight.

At the very least, I hope it’s entertaining!
